The Government of West Bengal has approved the rollout of the bekar bhata scheme 2026 “Banglar Yuva Sathi Apply Online” initiative, scheduled to commence from 15 February 2026, with statewide coverage across 294 Assembly Constituencies (ACs).

Step 1: Open https://apas.wb.gov.in/ & Click on the Click to apply icon.
Step 2: Prior to initiating the application process, applicants are required to keep
the following items ready for the Yuba Sathi online application.
Step 3: The applicant must enter a valid and active mobile number along with the
captcha. Upon submission, a secret PIN (OTP) will be sent via SMS to the
registered mobile number, which must be used to complete the login process.
Step 4: Upon successful login, the application page will be displayed. The applicant
is then required to complete and submit the online application form with the
necessary details.
Step 5: The applicant is required to upload all mandatory supporting documents as
per the prescribed list before final submission of the application.
Click on Final Submit for submission of application.
After successful submission, download the application form and retain it for future
reference.
